Can the TD-3-MO sound like a classic 303?

In this video I try to check if the TD-3-MO can sound like the classic TB-303 and I try to highlight the extra features of the MO.
What do you think? Please share your views in the comments.
The black TD-3 is (obviously) modded with essential mods to nail the TB-303 sound: VCF OFFSET, VCA DECLICK, RUBBER MOD, Hollow Square and Pre Filter Over Drive.
IMO the MO lacks the softer attack and longer decay you can get with the rubber MOD and the OG 303 despite the extra decay settings available on the MO.
Not sure the square wave is as hollow as the OG 303 too.

Why does the black one look like its MUCH smaller, they are the same size. Camera angle ?

Somewhere around minute 7, when the TD-3-MO goes into territory the TD-3 can't follow, the crazy sounds I love so much start happening 😂

the td3 and mo are detuned so it's not really fair to compare them like this.

Wait, did you say the Black TD-3 is modded? Any link on the spec?

I ordered both a tb3 and tb3MO today. I’m feel like they have different qualities. The MO sounds beefier but not like the classic and the tb3 I heard also has the distortion feature that the MO doesn’t have. Get your tb3s while you can!! Sick deal a sweetwater now and on the MO but behringer is probably discontinuing the tb3s and they just did discontinue the silver and black ones ones!

Just use both, MO for groovy basslines and td-3 (or 303) for the classic acid lines...

A well built X0XB0x will nail original 303 sound. The Behringer recreations, while being good for the money, don't quite make the brain wiggle quite as much when you hear them.

@Pete Testube I don't but if you are looking for authenticity make sure they are using the original vintage transistors and VCA or the Behringer re-issue rather than the onboard recreation. You sometimes see waves of them on ebay but not as frequently anymore.
