FIVE 660ft reels of Pro's Pro Vendetta (1.25mm or 1.30mm) cost total 70 Euro in Europe. Once, I spoke to somebody who worked for a big tennis store. He told me, that they order 5000 reels for around 5 Euro each from China. Polyester strings are basically all made of the same stuff. That Pros Pro Vendetta is a soft string. 1,25mm is a very good choice for a Prestige 600. I did not test 1,30mm yet. I also played Pros Pro Lethal 1.24mm in a hybrid setup with Vendetta 1,25mm in the mains and Lethal in the crosses on a Wilson Pro Staff Tour 90 Hypercarbon. And I was surprised, how good this combination was. Lethal cost around 25 Euro in Germany/Austria per 660ft reel. Vendetta softens the stringbed and Lethal makes the spin. Alu Power 1,25mm and Alu Power Rough 1,25mm are extremely expensive. Especially, if you consider the playability. The playability drops immediately after around 3-5 hours, what is probably caused by the aluminium fibers.

Nice review, thank you ! Recently discovered the pair of Isospeed Baseline Speed and Head Velocity. I string it as a hybrid or poly full bed at low tension in a head Gravity Pro and/or Tour. I really like the playability and the value for Money

Nice review. I have not tried any luxilon or pro's pro strings out. I will concur with other commentors that Isospeed Baseline Control is the real deal and holds it own when compared to the popular RPM Blast. I have also been liking hybrids more over a full bed of poly recently. My favorite combos have been gosen polynon/micro sheep SG 17 at 52lbs, volkl cyclone/micro sheep SG 17 at 52lbs, and more premium diadem evolution/flash at 52lbs.

I haven't tried Lethal 8 yet but I have experimented with a number of Pro's Pro offerings and really like Black Force, Kudeta, and Hexaspin. I presently use Hexaspin 17g in my Blade v6 CV 18x20 at 50lbs and love it. I'm a 5.0 player.

@@gravitytennis I recently switched to the Blade V8 16x19. My previous setup didn't seem right so I have been experimenting with several other Pro's Pro strings. Two poly-poly hybrids that I have liked are Eruption (m)/ Nano Vendetta (c) and Hexaspin Twist (m)/ Black Force (c). The first one offers a very soft comfortable string bed while the second is a bit firmer with great spin.

@@brentwalker3300 how does the hexaspin hold tension? Does it stretch when stringing it? I’m a 5.0 aswell wannna try it out because is cheaper than te rest, but here in Brazil we only have 200m for sale and don’t know anyone who uses it or already used to share the experience with me

I’ve tried both of these strings and to be completely honest, the alu power strings they’re really good but they don’t fit my play style, the pros pro lethal 8 on the other hand I have more control with it more spin and I find it easier to serve with them I’ve been using them for the better part of 4 years now and I have never thought about switching them

I started with pros pro vendetta, but felt that the string was too stiff and “loud”. I went with pros pro red Devil and my god…the string is such a super string!!!

I saw a review of Isospeed Baseline Control comparing it to RPM Blast. (Mark Sansait's channel) $40/660' Try it. So far no complaints. We haven't strung with RPM Blast, and we're not likely to, because tennis should be cheap and fun.

@@gravitytennis Isospeed Baseline Control is a 16 G string which we bought. Mark reviewed *that* string and eventually ranked it 'S-tier.' (video game jargon). Isospeed Baseline Spin IBS is a 17L G string. Same price with trade-offs being spin vs durability. I used to string my racquets with babolat RPM Blast but it was too expensive. Then I saw the Pro's Pro version called Stratagem 8 and I've been using it since then. I'd like to see some reviews or how it compares with other strings of this brand like the black force or the hexaspin. I love the stratagem but I have elbow problems and I wonder if there's some softer string though I don't want to sacrifice the spin that the stratagem 8 gives me.

i've never been able to get used to alu rough in a full bed. it feels inconsistent.

Fer got the 1.24 and 1.30, it’s just a bit softer than hyper G. But very similar in all aspects.
