@@oceyho thats partially incorrect yes, alcohol evaporates when cooked, but over time its just like water, but cooks off faster alcohol doesnt disappear the moment you start cooking something, it just evaporates away over time, faster than water but nowhere near close to being instant alcohol in food thats cooked can be 0.01% left at the end with long cooked dishes but in the case of this video, where rie added it to the caramel mixture that had been cooled down with butter, i assume not even half of the alcohol was cooked off no this doesnt mean you can get drunk off of food cooked with alcohol, as the servings are so small they arent enough to impact you in that way but for people who for one way or another cant or dont want to consume alcohol i wouldnt reccomend using it in cooking

Wash the jar and boil it with liquid gel, take the label off and wash again and dry. Then add spices in it. Works great.
