Thank you! I cleaned the magnet and adjusted the springs and after two days, it's working again. Your video was most helpful!!!

Thanks for the help and good review with real world application and video feed. I am in that air about above ground pool. A little helper like that would be a game changer.

Hey Hax - Great video. Nice piece of equipment. Not the worst price in the world. It certainly beats dragging out the pole and hose to vacuum the pool. Thumbs up.

How often are you supposed to clean a pool? I just bought a house with one, once a week?

i bought a small above ground pool for the dogs to cool off in last year. Found two western diamondbacks chilling in it. It didn't survive two rounds of .410. Danged snakes

Very impressive, Haxman.....I'm wondering how well it would work on an inground pool that's 6 feet deep on the deep end and if it's able to do steps. But looks like it did an excellent job on your pool! Well done! Take care, be safe and God bless!
@HaxmanXTRA Жыл бұрын
Thank Jim. I don’t know about steps but it should work well otherwise.

Forget this chincy aiper. My aiper struggled climbing out of ingrown 8ft deepend to shallow end. Got tired of pulling out to shallow end with multiple cleaning each day. Just get a dolphin nautilus and world of difference.

I've lived with an above ground pool since the 1970's. Went thru a phase with the Barracuda cleaner that attached to the pool filter. I am wondering if this new unit could completely replace the external pool filter? Is so, that would really save on electric bills as those motors use a lot of electricity. I don't currently have a pool, partly because of the maintenance hassle, cost of chemicals & electric consumption. Great review.

You know, I find it easier to have a pool cover, good filter, wall mounted surface skimmer, proper sanitation and appropriate ph/alkalinity levels, than dealing with a disgusting pool. Sure, the robot might pick up some dirt, but that doesnt mean the water isnt filled with all kinds of nasty life just waiting to eat your brain.

Considering that my pool only cost $300 (got a great deal on it), I’m not buying an $800 robot to clean it. As someone who grew up swimming in rivers and ponds, I’ll take a little dirt in my pool and save myself about $1,000. Can’t believe people find this “affordable.”

Agree. I bought one and it worked once. Got a replacement it worked then I stored it nicely and now it won’t charge - green light flashing and red buttons on the first start of this season. Crap for the amount of money.
