Hi. I recently stumbled upon your videos. I have a strabismus (exotropia) and i recently had a Strabismus Surgery last Sept18. I recently have a check up and my doctor said my eyes are starting to turn outward again. He gave me an eye exercise to do every morning which is the pencil exercise to strengthen my eye inward. I work in front of the computer and the doctor told me ive been stressing my eyes that’s why its showing signs of going outward again. This is honestly making me a little worried it might be back to how it was before. :( Will vision therapy be good for me?

So I get close to my phone at night lol unnecessarily and already had a history of strabismus + surgery. . Can one undo it? My eye has the same issue as you. One eye going inwards at times. Now I am working from home too! I now I feel like I gotta pick and choose my personal life phone versus work. I want to undo it. I am not using my peripheral because I went blind retinal detachment. Super annoying 😂
