I love these videos you guys! Thanks again for another banger! Watching this video has again brought something to mind that i have noticed over the years sometimes on videos like this but also observations made in real life situations aswell It seems to me you can tell out of these guys those who are maybe mistrusting of others by who of the guys broke open the fried Oreo™ to look inside before biting in to it, and those who took a bite without looking inside first. This, it seems, is a very common trait amongst the older generations of indians and Pakistanis and south asians in general (before shouting that im being racist, I'm from and anglo-Indian family myself and have great knowledge and interest of this phenomenon) if you noticed, all but one of them opened one up to look in to it first. I live in England and was born here, so was my friend, with parents and other family born in vilkages in Pakistan and India, and we have noticed that the older generation, mostly Indian or Pakistan born there and either living there or living here will, even if its something they have made for themselves, they will tear whatever food stuffs open to look inside first (its like they are scared you have poked a dog turd in to it while they werent looking or something) yet any of us born here in England won't do this. Its intriguing to me why this is. It hapoened yesterday. My friend was making us sandwiches, tuna, onion and mayo between two slices of buttered bread, with a layer of lettuce. He asked his dad if he wanted one, yes came the reply. So he made him one, identical to the others. His dad knew exactly what had gone in to it, he even stood there and watched it being made. My friend handed it to his dad. His dad took the plate with his sandwich on, proceded to take the top piece of bread off, lifted the lettuce off, poked his finger through the mixture of tuna, onion and mayonnaise, like he was looking for hidden sluggs or something, then he reassembled the sandwich and then ate it. He couldnt just pick it up and eat it like we all did. It's like he was just automatically compelled to do it. I mean we arent young, I'm 47, my friend is 44. But we are capable of just trusting that we havent poisoned the food we just made, or that a snake hasnt crawled inside it unbeknownst to us. These guys in this video are mostly around our ages, but much like our parents who were born there, its like its a built in thing. Like they cant eat it unless they check it first. The only time i will check anything is maybe if i order a burger, and want to check whether they put my ketchup on it or not, or again if for example my friend and i order different burgers (maybe one of us asked for a bluecheese and pastrami and the other Wensleydale and bacon) and they come in the same bag, then we will check inside the bun to make sure that the both of us got the correct burger, but we are not doing it in a manor where we are suspicious of the contents. Its just one of those things i dont understand the reasoning behind. I have noticed when they do videos with kids on here with them, those kids dont inspect inside the food before consuming it like the adults do. Must just be an older generation thing maybe? I would like to hear others opinions on why this happens.

I used to make cheesecakes with Oreo cookies crust. One time I made a huge cheesecake in a 12 inch cast iron skillet just to see if I could. After slicing it, I realized it was too much cheesecake for me to share with my neighbor. It was just too sweet and the Oreo cookie taste seemed to dominate. We nearly made ourselves sick trying to eat the entire thing for a couple days. To this day the smell of Oreos is unappealing. All because my neighbor convinced me to make a bigger cheesecake and I didn't have a bigger springform pan. I never heard of fried Oreos until recently and I can't imagine they would taste good. Especially without a glass of milk, tea, or coffee for dunking them into.

They're actually better than the plain oreo cookies!! I don't care for oreo cookies themselves, but deep frying actually turns the texture to a cake - like texture and its rather nice! Nobody makes these at home. Everybody goes out to restaurants to buy them. A lot of casual dining restaurants sell them. But most people don't bother making deep fried things at home.

I can guarantee you as a person who has lived in the United States all my life and worked almost my entire life in the food industry that I can say most Americans don't deep fry things at home on a regular basis at all.
