No it is not. We found is out multiple times during rump's first term We also found doubt the supreme court hates Trump, or is full of it, you decide. Best example is DACA, because Trump tried to end Obama's executive order n it, and the court ruled against him, and said his reason for ending that executive order was not good enough. The same exact court, less than 2 years later rules the president does not need a reason to end an executive order when Biden ends title 43. So no you cannot just terminate an executive order, because the curt will rule against you f they choose to. DACA stands out as the best example, Trumps terminates the executive order, the left challenges it in court, all the legal experts said Trump would win, but the court ruled against him, and said his reason was not good enough. The right tries the same thing when Biden ends title 43, and Biden wins. Maybe the strangest example of the courts hating Trump is the travel ban. Trump does the travel ban, and it gets challenged. The court rules he can do a travel ban, but put a bunch of rules in writing for reason to do a travel ban Biden comes in and does a travel ban, so the right challenges it. The same court rules totally different. They literally forgot all about the rules and said a president needs to reason for a travel ban. Nonetheless, the DACA executive order proves depending on the president and how the court feels about them, a president cannot just end ana executive order.

The only thing the SC ruled was that Trump didn't follow procedure and take into account the thousands of people that were enrolled in the program and had already become US citizens for the most part. Federal judges have since ruled that USCIS no longer has to process initial applications. It's basically the same thing that happened with Obamacare. Obama started implementing the program before it was deemed constitutional. Congress does not have the authority to fine people. As written, Obamacare was unconstitutional and should have been sent back to Congress to fix. Instead, Robert's changed to the legislation to make it constitutional in order to keep the program in place. The SC hasn't ruled on the overall legality of DACA. Trump just needs to come up with a plan to continue DACA for those currently in the program. And of course, Congress can pass DACA legislation nullifying any EO. Trump can nullify any of Biden's EOs. It's up to the democrats to take it to court. Congress can nullify Biden's EOs, sidestepping the constitutionallity problem. It just depends on whether or not Trump feels it interferes with his governance and wants to take it to court. You can't restart the American economy without energy and only a fool would handicap themselves by relying on imports.
