There are many companies that offer a bash plate for the Interceptor, to protect the oil sump, even Royal Enfield offers one

Very nice and informative video bro. Just put on some good offorad tyres with a slightly bigger profile. Remove the front fender to accomodate that profile and there you will get an interceptor scrambler 😍

Nice video. I am sad to know that we Indians after investing around 3-4 Lakh on a machine, we do not understand the utility of the class of the bike. We just want to rush it into every environment, be it off road, street, touring etc. I am not gonna be surprised if somebody wishes their bike to fly someday, or swim or hover on the water. Come on! every motorcycle has its class, and every motorcycle has its own purpose. I do not understand when will us Indians understand that. Some do! Some make great videos like you as well. Yes it did, but now Royal Enfield has come with a solution and it is giving all the 650twins sold before 31st May and any bike that hasn't already been fixed, an ECU update as the solution. I own the Interceptor, I haven't gotten mine yet, as I haven't had much time to get it done.

@@sp1550 it's a software update, I've got it done on my bike as well, nothing changes while riding normally but it just make it able to ride in higher altitudes, but I haven't done that yet.

First of all forget the manual and look in the sidewall of the tyre If it says 28 front and 33 rear the ideal thing u can do is set 29 in front and 35 in rear It is 1 more PSI in front and 2 PSI more in rear Setting this way you will get more miles from your tyre Setting too much pressure or having low pressure will cause handling problems and premature wear on tyres always keep 1 or 2 psi more than it says it on the tyre sidewall

@@lilybehera8004 nowadays tyres like mrf revz m or mrf zapper it doesnt matter u have pillion or not the pressure to keep is same even if u have a passenger But if ur tyre is not mrf and it says keep higher pressure when riding with a pillion, do so If it says 3 or 4 more psi when riding with pillion then keep it that way

My interceptor is doing well @4000 mtrs altitude, its performance machine, not an off roader. sump Guard doing well,..!! I have done Leh Manali on LML vespa in late 80's, when there was no roads around. NOW road conditions are better.

In re650 the idle is cut because he might have used magnetic tank bag so the motor cycle cut off I do heard about it due magnetic tank bag the idle rpm get low and the motor cycle shutoff

Even the most advanced machines can malfunction. As long as RE fix it quickly all is good. To be honest high-tech complicated ( specially programmable) machine parts are susceptible to design flaws or software bugs or simply malfunction.

It's a 650cc engine. Of course it'll heat in stop and go traffic. Try a gsx 1300R or z9 if you feel INT is bad.
