The MY25 speed 400 has vredestein as stock tyres and bigger sidewalls compared to the old models, this might just solve the issue.

I'm from himachal pradesh, recently i purchased MT targo, i got it for 4k and i purchased 2 one for my brother and me.. i ride old machines(rx and old bullet)... vikas , risk is not just helmet but by not having rear view mirrors or riding in between the crowd with less gap , also riding too slow or too fast on light bikes❤

Hi Vikas, Nice topic to be addressed for this fast moving social media world. Can u specify what the usage period that a helmet shell is valid from the date of purchase / date of manufacturing. In the industry standards, we use safety helmets ( which has the manufacturing date/ year- so from that it is valid to use for 5 yrs only). I got a AGV K5 during 2019, never had any crash or helmet dropped from a reasonable height , still visor / shell is intact visually. Drings r fine, visor locks - all good. So in this case what’s ur suggestion about keep using this helmet or it’s time to get a new one.

My friend met with an accident last year November 29th 2023, he had a severe injury on left tempral lobe, we took him to the hospital and he underwent a surgery on the same day but it should have been within initial 3 hours but he died on the ventilator, i was there in the trauma center, X-ray ward, MRI and all, I even put his body in the mortuary and participated in his funeral, I am 40 and he was just 25, he died because he was not wearing a helmet that day.....

How is axor carbon fiber and smk carbon fiber? I bought the axor apex carbon fiber last year, however i use it with cbr650r... i want a good helmet and boot, maybe sidi or tcx. Shall i buy from fc moto? I dunno how the custom will be coming. Its not that i never imported, but i never imported more than 10k items.

Hi, select the shoe as per ur feet shape, commuter boot can fit everyone but a racing boot might not (also need more break in time ). And if u r comfortable with the heel or not, u may need to consider that too based on ur space between the shifter and the foot rest. And if u have a good budget - say like 20K, and sneaker kinda shoes, u can choose style martin riding shoes (either waterproof / non waterproof ones). U can use this for a daily commute and for touring too. Racing boots like Falco, and other boots may have some restriction to walk for a long distance ( bcoz it will be stiff). TCX also a good choice, but just think about the heel. Also check out Shima. Regarding the helmet, if u have good budget, check out Bell, Airoh, AGV. Carbon fibre doesn’t do any thing good - just to drop few gms in weight. So decide the range of kms u ride and choose the helmet which can support pinlock ready for antifog, D rings and comfortable ear cushions (in case of installation for a comm device).always choose a clear visor with the sun visor inbuilt to flip it off during summer. Choose vents that’s are practical to use during steamy summers. U can order it from fcmoto and pay the tax, still it’s cheaper than buying it in India.
