You find me a vintage Harley that just goes together I will call you a liar!! Nothing ever goes to plan ever! When I put my knuck together and the frame and engine fit together and didn't need to be shimmed I was convinced it was some sort of curse/black magic! great works guys.

Really cool video! Ever heard of ASMR?? Well I'm a gear head and the sound of bolts sliding into their hole and the sound of the transmission plate being mocked up are soo soothing to my ears. I ride an 01 Fatboy. My motor is completely torn apart on the work bench right now. Really love seeing how guys are still working on old iron. I'll build my chopper one day and join the chopper community when the stars align Keep wrenching!

Probly not the place to ask, but I'm looking to upgrade the fuel tank of my '97 Yamaha Virago XV535. I want a larger tank, with some sort of fuel guage. but I just started riding last year, And I don't even know how to start.

In the 70's we called a chopper a motorcycle with a long extended front end. I really don't know what this generation calls a chopper. What I see there is merely a cruiser.

Hi! Stumbled across your KZbin videos!! Cool! I am in central New Jersey, I have multiple sclerosis and my 1988 883 hugger >1200> hopefully "nor-cal/frisco" chopper project" has stalled due to health issues... Wanna make a great "help a brother out video series"??? Tons of parts... just my hands twitch too much... HELP ME!!! PLEASE!!!

Anyone can assemble a motorcycle in a day. But truly building a chopper takes years. Real choppers are created by their owners/riders, and take their form and individual characteristics over time.

One guy should be able to put a bike together in 4 hours My uncle used to paint old chopper for a lot of people we will just say... back in the 70s 80s 90s He would strip a whole bike down after work Friday prep and paint Saturday and reassemble Sunday morning and be down at the Bar in the afternoon showin' off the new paint

So you assemble a vintage bike. This is not a chopper build as you make no mods to frame rake @ trail, nor downtube extension. Wft?

Looks like a bunch of amateurs that know very little about what they’re doing. Sissy bar is too straight up, it should match the seat post angle. However, that’s how you learn, by doing.
