Well, if Rhett hates blood, there are some plates that he can try to face it, morcilla is a very common plate in Spain and Latin America that is made with pig intestines, rice, onions, raisins and pig's blood, it's delicious... Also, in my country, Ecuador, we eat something called Yaguarlocro that is basically a potato soup with lamb's blood and tripes (I know it sounds gross but it's actually really good)
