But pregnant vomiting isn't like any regular vomiting, tbf. Like there could be little to nausea, and it's not caused by a disease. Hence you might not feel like you don't want to eat (which usually happens when you're sick), and even be hungry instead. IDK, in my head it makes sense :)))

Yes it's very possible lol. First and second trimester with my first and second babies, all I wanted was bread, pepsi, and watermelon. Even while I was throwing up... the thought of it just sounds so perfect like it'll make all your sickness go away. Of course for me it didn't lol
