Check out Dr Suneel Dhand. He is also desirous of change in the medical community. He agrees completely with the serious issue of compromise due to $$$ from outside interests.

Thank you! I’ve seen a few of his videos. Good stuff, much of it, though some (“doctors are useless”, etc) seems to me to be overly simplistic, sensationalist, and click-baity. What do you think? I’ll records video about it.
