Will Xbox LIVE Enforcement BAN you for Pretending to Work for Xbox Video: • Will Xbox LIVE Enforce...
Are those comments that promote unbanned Xbox accounts legit? On every video about some form of Xbox LIVE Enforcement Action, those comments come flooding in about someone who was able to unban someone from an Xbox Perma-Ban. Are they even real? No one bothered to check. So I picked a random comment from the various types of hackers, and decided to go undercover as a potential customer. I created an Instagram account, requested to follow the hacker, and then he reached out to me. He offered to UNBAN my Xbox Perma-Ban for a price which was $50. Being 99.9999% sure that this is a scam, I stalled.
These bot comments promote people like XHACKER077, Techotool, JOKER ModZ, MILAN GLOBALTECH, etc on Instagram and claim they were able to UNBAN them. A Permanent Suspension issued by the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team is supposedly permanent. It CANNOT be lifted according to the forums. So how is a hacker able to lift it? Are all of these hackers scammers or just a few? A perma-ban can be lifted by a KV (Key Vault) but that requires an Xbox 360 RGH (JTAG). What if it's a perma-ban on a legitimate gamertag on a legitimate Xbox One console? When you reach out to any of these scammers, they will ask you for the email address associated with the permanently banned account and gamertag. Once they have that information, they will try to get you to pay them $50. Once you pay them, it's NOT guaranteed that they will be able to unban it. And if anything, they will most likely mirror the gamertag and create a new account, and fool you into thinking they actually unbanned it, when really, they just created a new account/gamertag. In other cases, they will say they can't unban it and tell you the labor fee is $50, so they don't issue a refund. However; they'll offer a different service so you can be a satisifed but basically scammed customer. And they'll offer something that is completely different from what you originally wanted and payed for.
Don't fall for this scam. This scam works in many ways and I am willing to try again in the future to see what outcome is. Maybe the scammer will be more angry than this one? Perhaps? Hopefully? In the meantime, don't waste your time or money. Maybe in future, we might find someone who can reverse or lift perma-bans in a legitimate and legal way. We'll have to keep a look out for that.
