Not a mod bro, it’s him level 3 super attack. You need 3 bars of meter and then have to do quarter circle back and R2 specifically (I think). Depending whether you press R1 or R2 goku will either stay as ssj1 or transform to ssj3. Ssj1 does less damage but stays the same side and ssj3 does more damage but swaps sides!
