I would say that it's possible to beat the game without sprinting, with the exception of the ability "Sprint Burst" because it causes you to sprint, BUT you aren't pressing the button for it so the ability wouldn't count towards it. Plus, you would need it for the Barriers that appear in Levels 2, 4, and so on. So like I said, it is possible, but you need the exception of "Sprint Burst" to actually do it entirely

*Speed Boost:* greatly increase your movement and your ability to to gather, outrun, escape, or get to your next objective at a faster pace for a short while. You can even break through certain barriers while this power’s duration is still active. *Teleportation:* allows you to get past obstacles, traps, and monsters that cut off your path. Combining this power with speed boost greatly increases your mobility. Unfortunately this power can only be used once instead of multiple times in the tutorial which I’m sure we can all agree is incredibly misleading. *Telepathy:* what could be better than a red crystal that tracks monsters in your tablet? Why… the ability to see through walls no matter how far you are from them of course. With this power you can formulate a strategy to always keep your distance from monsters and be ready to anticipate them when they have you locked in their sights. *Primal Fear:* if monsters won’t let up chasing you and have you cornered or surrounded, this power will automatically turn the tide to your favor. The ability to stun or sometimes even kill monsters is a massive game changer. Despite the offensive capabilities that can be held with primal fear. The biggest drawbacks are it can’t be used as frequently when compared to the others. While the stub orb has maximum radius that covers the entire zone. Primal fear significantly has a far smaller radius in comparison while also having the the longest cooldown by far. *Telekinesis:* similar to primal fear telekinesis is another radius type of ability. Instead of stunning or killing monsters you can collect a large amount of soul shards without ever needing to risk getting cornered or ambushed. This power may contain other capabilities aside for just collecting soul shards. We’ll just have to wait and see once ch5 is finally released. *Vanish:* the best way to avoid confrontation is remain unseen. Avoid being spotted by monsters and move along with your objectives. Do be carful because the duration lasts only for 15 seconds and it’s best to not get to close to monsters because they can still kill you. Like all abilities it is extremely important to use them all wisely and never recklessly. In Super Dark Deception once you obtain your first power you can see that there’s 2 more powers that come after vanish. What are those last 2 powers??? We do not know. It’s anyone’s guess as to what they could be.

You can. It just activates like sprint does, but mainly just boosts your speed up enough to gain some distance and move at fast enough to charge through the barriers. If you sprint and then use it though, it still goes at the speed set for the level, it won't boost your sprint up if you get what I mean
