dont blame the plasma caster for the slow reload, reload speed is influenced by agility and you had yours at 1. ofc it'll be slow. granted other weapons may still be faster but you shot yourself in the foot

35:48 That's because the female arms merchant is NCR and not a gun runner. Thus why you got NCR infamy and aggro'd 188 for killing her, and not Alexander or the gun runner guard.

In fact you can, if you set up an energy weapon build and get yourself the van graffs gear its surprisingly easy to do. Maybe due to the lack of ammo earlier in the game but its only hard for your first 10 levels before you hit vegas or if your energy pistol breaks early

I forgot to mention you get a bad pistol early from doc then you can get a rifle in ok condition from nipton near the trailers with a little ammo, make a few weapon repair kits you'll need them and get ready for that gun to carry you through the whole game basically with the GRA dlc you get a beam splitter, high focus and then the scope if you wanna go long range or not, I carried two different rifles one for range and one for close up engagement. Honestly just an underrated build when you go high luck and aim for crits on your lasers
