When I 1st played new vegas I wore the armed vault suit though the hole thing just because I liked it. Was fun had more time back then.

In regards to Vault 22: You could actually have used a Frag Grenade to set off the gas, as Frag Grenades are a weapon in Fallout and Fallout 2 (Fallout also has Molotov Cocktails, Pulse Grenades, and Plasma Grenades)

Can you beat fallout new vegas as the chosen one? Can only use tribal gear(tribal armor,honest hearts tribe armor,spears,etc) Can only use remnants power armor(as the chosen one canonically uses one) Can only use energy weapons and minigun as the chosen one also uses them while in the remnants gear And also has to wear a t51b helnet alongside the vault 13 suit due to the loading screen

I've got a challenge run I think you could do. beat fallout 4 with the items in vault 111. Maybe nerbit could do it if he hasn't already. I know he's done it with the items in vault 101

If you wanted to be a bit more lore accurate you could have downloaded the classix weapons mod remasterd: not just does it add the OG fallout 1 and 2 weapons into FNV BUT it also adds the ‚Vault Dweller‘s Colt 10mm‘ which would have been fitting for the run
