Got no where else to put this, so just gonna put it here. The most broken build for fallout is high luck and agility unarmed build with the superheated Saturnite fist and the slayer perk. Flattened Lanius in about two seconds.

ofcorse u can just get the perk that when u get irdiated at the last stage u gain 8 hp per secon u can get it early u wont even need stimpacks that much and and it makes it so eazy to beat siera mandre very early levels

19:46 actually the option to stomp an opponent is there by default. Paralyzing Palm knocks an enemy to the ground for 30 seconds but only bare handed it won't activate with any weapon other than fists.

17:55 it's not 5 points. The game files have a typo. It's actually 5% bonus to luck. Not 5points, which 5 points would be 50% bonus.. nah.. it's 5%

It does add 5 points to luck in terms of critical chance, as 10 luck only has 10% critical chance not 100%. But yes the perk does add only 5% in terms of critical chance.

Wow I didn't expect to be the first comment on this well anyways cool challenge. oh yeah final thing is your recap of the lore wasn't perfect... The bombs drop in 2077 and it's a divergence timeline it's somewhat hard to explain but basically technology continued to evolve but we kept the thought of the future that the 50s had and we never came up with the part that makes phones as small as they are which also allows computers to be smaller and basically everything to be smaller I can't remember the parts name right now but I basically I explain what it did so fallout isn't a bomb dropped on the 1950s it's more of we never changed our thought of the future since the 1950s and we continue to develop into that future and then a bomb dropped in 2077... Though to believe that it's just the 1950s and a bomb dropped wouldn't be inaccurate to assume that if you had just played fallout 3 and 4 though this is obviously a video on New Vegas and Mr houses in it the game so I don't know how you thought that the 1950s had that advanced of technology...
