Here is my go at doing Lisa only (this character struggles way too much) I forgot to include the speeds of the battles in the chasm (electro lector and the abyss mages): they were 700x and 1200x College is starting back up, so uploads will slow down again. Next is Kaeya Only, followed by Amber and Noelle in Sumeru, and maybe a non-genshin related video, depends on how I feel. Feel free to drop any ideas for challenges you would like to see me do in the future, and I hope you enjoy the video.

Honestly Kaeya is going to be ridiculously easy after Lisa. We're talking about a character who can beat his own boss, and therefore ascend, and he can also do physical damage, mine and heal himself.

Not to mention how you can bait enemies into drowning themselves by walking into his ice bridges only for them to melt. Those three Ruin Guards around that pool in Liyue became hilarious to beat using that.

I honestly feel like Kaeya's gonna be pretty easy compared to the others you've tried, he's got the most solid kit of the starters. Even a little bit of self-healing for fun and profit! But there are always a few enemies/obstacles I wouldn't have considered, so I'm interested to see what throws you for a loop with a Kaeya run. Keep up the good work!

@@sleeper5905 There's multiple versions of Himeko in Mihoyo's multiverse, yet for all players clamouring about only the main story, the original "Captainverse" universe have Himeko that's still alive shown in Summer 2018 event called "Summer Memories", although it's not just Himeko that's still alive, but even Otto, Kallen, Sakura and other characters that supposed to be died but alive and well, all while all of them are revolving around Captain (before he travels between universes only to be sidelined at the start of Elysian Realm arc back in late 2021) Honkai Impact stories goes even deeper and hits even deeper to those whose play this game since late 2017/early 2018

With Lisa you should probably use a different catalyst on Lisa but when you fight anything which is electro just switch into the eye catalyst oh and you can use the skyward atlas or the other catalyst from standard banner because it also does physical damage

I actually started building Lisa after seeing her new Skin. The purple weapon… I gave it to Scara since I don’t have anything suitable(not even the 4* weapon book) But I do sometimes give that weapon to Lisa(since it the only high lvl weapon I had)

I would argue that Lisa is one of the best characters in the game. She doesn’t have anything unique about her but she has a pretty basic kit and is easy to use for new players. It only takes maybe 20 minutes to learn how to fully use her, compared to Miko who has a more advanced kit and it could take you a long time to fully take advantage of all it has to offer. Lisa can also be inserted into any team. Any superconduct team or hyperbloom team, Lisa can be swapped in with ease. This is because of her basic kit and how easy she is to build. Also, she is a free character. So everybody has her.

Maybe it’s just me, but… I used all of the starter/free characters for some amount of time *except* Lisa. I found the attack style to be incredibly difficult for crowds, since she often didn’t hit the character I wanted her to hit, and she did next to no damage along with dying every time there was more than two monsters. I wasn’t wonderful with artifacts at the time, either, but very few new players are. It might be my personal opinion, but she’s the only character I have at level twenty to this day. All of the rest are above that. This could be because I’m horrible with catalyst characters and auto-aim characters, but considering I used to main Gorou and currently main Tighnari, I don’t know if that’s it. Could be personal preference. I’ve always had odd taste in characters- and as long as she works for some beginners, she’s serving her purpose. I can at least confidently say that she’s better than Amber, simply because of her skill.

Catalyst characters, in general, vary from having really clunky attack animations that can feel frustrating to use, like Lisa, Klee, Mona, to feeling a lot more polished and satisfying, like Scara, Yae, and Nahida (speaking from my own personal experience with playstyles.) I think it generally got better over time. I used to hate catalysts for the clunkiness of thier attack animations until I got Scara and it changed how I viewed catalysts and now I use a lot of them.
