she’s only AR 19, and since fontaine is the talk now, all you really have to do to learn this stuff is watch a video or two, you have to be AR 28 or so to unlock fontaine archon quest which is what she was talking about. so everyone is confused for a god reason. there is a reason you can’t see her UID in the diving clip from in game fontaine-because it wasn’t her clip.

For those curious how Jaiden wound up in Fontaine so fast, when Genshin sponsors people, they give them special trial accounts with some characters/areas already unlocked. During Inazuma and Sumeru, a lot of influencers started off there on their first day, to be able to better promote/try the most relevant content. Which is I suppose good promo, but annoying for people who actually play the game and wanted to see these creators experience other areas/quests for better full context. And creators always seem so confused as a result, because it's a lot like starting a tv show 5 seasons in.

They also give a waypoint on the Sumeru-Fontaine border for free to ALL players, so... And probably will do the same for Natlan and Snezhnaya when they release.

While thats true you can technically actually go to Fontaine after finishing the storyquest in Mondstadt. Geographically speaking it is quite the distance, but a teleport waypoint opens up for you after the whole Mondstadt thing is done, which doesnt take too long. (of course the main story of Fontaine cant be played as shown in the video, but at least exploration is possible)

The entire Fontaine story with Furina is seriously amazing I can't recommend it enough, the Masquerade of the Guilty is so well done it's my favourite story of any game lately.

My only problem with it, is that It puts my favorite region's (being mondstadt) archon quest to shame. I really hope we get more story or an interlude archon quest in mondstadt, it's so underdeveloped in story compared to other regions.

As funny as the Idea of it is, you can't go from the end of Mondstadt's quest straight to Fontaine's quest, you can visit the region but to do the quest you have to do all the main quests that came before. I'm guessing Mihoyo gave Jaiden an account that had the Fontaine quest unlocked an asked her to talk about it, and Jaiden decided to play through the beginning of the game to have some context.

What's funny is that there are 'pokeballs' in Genshin. x'D You can buy them in Inazuma and capture various animals and critters (such as dogs, pigeons, frogs, etc) and put them into your own home (you get it in Liyue, which Jaiden didn't get to, it seems). The personal realms, that are STUNNING to look at, hold your house and several islands each and which you can customize however you like, is one of my favorite aspects of Genshin!

Genshin is one of those games that gets such a bad rap because it's based on gacha to get more characters but the game is a lot of fun and you never need to interact with the gacha to enjoy it. The exploration and story is really good. Plus if you just play you will be able to get characters from the gacha without spending a dime. But I understand that if you struggle with compulsive spending the game may not be a good idea for you.

tbf she most definitely started in a new account and then they gave her one to play fontaine. They usually do that with youtuber sponsorships. If you were an average new genshin player you'd have to do Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru and THEN fontaine, though you can teleport to Fontaine way faster than any other region, not main story tho

So apparently you actually _can_ skip Liyue, Inazuma and Sumeru and go straight to Fontaine after fighting Stormterror. There’s even a teleport waypoint so you don’t have to walk all the way there. Probably to make the game more accessible to new players who don’t have to go through 200 hours of story to build that one five star they got when they started playing

I usually skip quests and go instantly to the newest regions without even upgrading or levelling up. I run and skip the enemies so hard lmao. Also also i ALL unlock every teleport point i can find mostly on surface level so that i can access my places far more easier than running to the specific place without risking my life

I think people are saying about there's an opened teleport for event in fontaine, but then again if you can't stand to play the archon quest and don't enjoy the story, there's a lot more game that'll suit your taste better, also there's a game zenless zen zero coming out from hoyo, maybe that's more of your jam, a fast paced action game similar to honkai impact 3rd but I believe a better combat system
