The checkpoint system lets crazy re spawns happen on that track especially. I'm pretty sure I have skipped every boost panel at some point except possibly the pipe exit, which might be possible with well timed hops.

There's another way to get through N64 Bowser Castle and that's actually with green shells. Just align yourself so that if you throw a green shell against the wall (where the trick ramp is), it bounces back right at you. You basically hop on the wall. You need to have the right speed for it though since you can bounce over the wall. Good thing there are easy ways to practice shell-wall bounces and understanding how fast you have to go. It might be slower, but certainly possible. Still a pretty funny video, gives this game a different perspective. :)

I would probably recommend Off-Road characters and vehicles more in Mushroom Gorge because they lose less top speed when doing shinenagons to avoid boost panels. Also the credits don't show up until you beat BOTH Special and Lightning cups, then every complete of either cups will net you the credits.

You can get over the boost panel in Wario's Gold Mine without the ultra and then get a respawn on the other side. But, as Troy said, don't.

Continuing on with the Nitro tracks: Grumble Volcano: No problems at all, pick the right path for the fork Dry Dry ruins: the second last jump will need a FIB and you need to somehow land on the walls on the next part. Moonview Highway: There are some road-wide boost panels, which can be skipped by a jump. Bowser's Castle: Probably not happening. The first, second and last jump. Rainbow Road: Same as above. The first jump, the mandatory half-pipe section and the end of forks. Only skippable jump should be at the end of the wavy road with a bit of luck.

Even if Koopa Cape was possible without touching boost panels, Bowser’s Castle would end your journey because there’s one ramp that can’t be bypassed even with a FIB. Even if Bowser’s Castle was possible too, you’d be mad to know that Rainbow Road will ruin your day. The first sets of boost panels can be avoided with the moon jump, and if you drive off the edge so that you’re respawned after the ramp. But unfortunately, that’s only possible in Time Trials (you’ll see why in a minute). Then there are three boost panels that you’re forced to touch after the ramp in the first set of boost panels. The next boost panel acts as a ramp, and can be avoided if you trick off the side right before you can touch it. After you take the cannon, you’re forced to use the next four boost panels and the blue zipper. Lastly, there’s both ramps that have three boost panels each, and you’re forced to go on either one. The last three boost panels you can just drive around. The worst part is that there are no walls in Rainbow Road for you to clip onto.

I’m pretty sure MK8 nitros are possible but retros has Mario circuit (the SECEND track) and dlc has mute city. However mount wario is hell since you have to do the hole race just to try out the insanely hard section and if you fail, then redo the race
