Now a days, I literally only use it to get up the second tower in the Fire temple cause it's the only way up there (where the Gold Skulltula is). and the gold skultula in Dodongo's cavern. Though I love how there are so many ways to solve these puzzles, you can never truly "softlock" yourself.

So, there are plenty of ways you can clip through the walls in Zora's Domain, but whether or not they're easier is a bit of opinion, and a bit of a question of what you're playing on. Some are based on aligning HUD elements, which wouldn't work for me since I'm playing in widescreen for KZbin video purposes, while others are kinda things you just kinda... have to wing? I picked this one specifically because it uses pre-set movement, which makes it easier to do on any setup.

The silver gauntlets are totally grabable in this run. The silver rupees in that room as child dont spawn the chest they just light the torch that allows you to light the other three torches to spawn the chest. So if you reroute the water temple to be before the Spirit Temple so you can get the fire arrows you can light the three torches to spawn the chest to grab the key and move the sun block to open the bars thus gaining access to the Silver Gauntlets. Easy.

an easier trial skip is a small bomb hover at the main room lets you jump over the barrier and into the loading zone. other than that longshot for the spirit chest and technically don’t have to do all the dungeons as only spirit and shadow are required. but doing as much as you can is a good thing too

XD I was afraid he was going to just DoT skip and bomb hover to Ganon's castle, but doing Dodongo's cavern to get the deku shield and then returning to do the Deku tree (even if off camera) was nice!

Easier? bomb hovering's are anything but easy, however you can damage boost using a bomb and from the knockback equip the hover boots to slide back and then backflip into the loading zone for trial skip which you can even pause buffer to do and is way easier and faster than just bomb hovering

The Rainbow Bridge only requires Shadow and Spirit medallions, so for the other temples, you really don't have to beat the bosses as long as you get the item.

I havent watched the video yet, but there are several ways to escape the kokiri forest without beating the deku tree. You can use a Navi Dive to reach Lake Hylia and head towards kakariko, use another navi dive to reach the bottom of the well withiut draining the water and get the deku shield from in there, or there's one in dodongos cavern if you can get past the bombable walls

For the Shadow Temple Bridge Room, it's also possible to use a Bombchu to hit the bomb flowers and drop the pillar. I think you may need a setup to get into the right place, though, since I'm pretty sure just having it go down into the chasm and back up takes too long.

so this comment actually got me thinking whether or not I tried that. The truth is, I did try desperately to use a bombchu to drop the bridge in the shadow temple. Unfortunately, I didn't figure out the angle myself, and I tackled everything with my own knowledge first - so I went with the trick I did know, which did end up working almost on my first go-around. Looking it up now, yeah, the bombchu trick would've been easier. Either way, I forgot the bridge part entirely so it's still a good thing I ended up grabbing the chus regardless of the method chosen 😅

Fun fact where yiou do the Navi dive there is a different thing you can do that just clips into the stone slab so you can hit the loading zone, I think it was called aquafinity escape or something similar, anyways it's easier to set up than a Navi dive. Also funny thing is it actually would have been faster if you went to the spirit temple for that deku shield....but you would have had to jump over the gate with a cucco then cross the desert without the lens of truth -fun ugh i did not know if you stood on the sand without moving you would sink and void out....the things you learn first hand when looking up a guide-. Also you could just use Deku Nuts to beat those scrubs, you do not need the deku shield to bounce the shots back. Also fun fact in the shadow temple there is a way to get past that gap to get to the boss door without glitches....did ya try damage boosting off of bombs using the hover boots? then doing a back flip to cover the rest of the distance? Honestly way faster than bomb hovering to the other side. A way to get to the Silver gauntlets is actually getting on the lap of the statue and using the hookshot to get the chest....yes that easy especially since you have the hover boots at this point anyways Ya know since you did spirit early anyways I am wondering why you just did not get the shield there in the first place, as that would have saved time

Without watching this, I know it's impossible without glitches, considering that you need them to buy a shield just to get into the first dungeon. You'd have to either glitch your way out of Kokiri Forest to a free shield or into the Deku Tree Meadow. Then there's the silver rupee puzzles to deal with, which this game has several, so you'd have to find a way to bypass those. There's more things that require rupees depending upon how complete of a run you're doing.

In theory it could be possible, but the camera changes when Link enters the water, making it even harder to figure out where you're moving Link after that, and it also has the chance to load Mido. It's already a trick you have to do completely blindly by just kinda poking around until you get it, so it's honestly easier to just go outside and put the Kokiri Forest in the pseudo-locked state and/or get the deku shield.

The camera changes if you go into swimming animation, so it's hard to do it this way! There are ways to skip Mido, but it's honestly just easier to leave the forest first and delete Mido that way.

well glitchless would be impossible as you have to collect 40 to even get to the 1st dungeon. Since Mido will not let you go there with no shield the 2nd and last mandatory purchase is the zora scale minigame, after that there should be no purchases required to beat the game in a glitchless run
