If you ever do it again, don't allow yourself to use abilities like Galactic Punt, and All-Out Attacks EDIT: With that extra handicap, I would say if an ability gets an upgrade (Garu to Garula as an example) you can replace the initial move with it. Auto-Abilities, still totally fine.

I played like this my first play through, mainly bc I didn't understand the fusion mechanics and coffee shop mechanics, It was very rough even on normal but it was a fun challenge. (even if I didn't realize it WAS a challenge)

For Kunino-Sagiri boss fight, the "atmosphere change" is actually making all elements except one (the one he uses) deals minuscule damage, while that one element buffed like 4x damage. Hope that helps!

Persona 5 Royal without random encounters. Running is allowed if you screw up, just don't get ambushed. Hypothetically you could ban mementos requests too, but the completionist in me doesn't like locking every slink.

Hey, a little tip for the optional boss in Kanji's dungeon, he only exploits your weakness if you hit his weakness. If you use regular attacks or other elemental skills that he's not weak to, he only uses physical attacks, which makes the fight significantly easier.

When I was thinking about getting p4g I watched a review and the guy went “the killer is x but it’s pretty obvious and not really a spoiler” and I still absolutely loved the game but it took a lot away from it my first play through

i never use any status debuff in any persona game,ever. but the silence in shadow naoto was interesting. i found the status debuffs in persona games really useless because most enemies are immune,even more on the second half of the game,while on the first half you barely have any. the only thing that looks promising its to fear and insta-kill fear enemies but like i said at the time you got this most enemies are already immune to it and very obviously the bosses. speaking of bosses, i love persona 3/4/5 games so much but the bosses on the second half of every game loses all originality and stuff,they are all weak to nothing and uses every damaging element and just have increasingly ammounts of HP to make the battles LONGER,not HARDER...

Tam Lin has High Counter by default, which has a higher reflection chance than Counterstrike, and doesn't stack with it, and there weren't any other skills he could've replaced tbh as the others are all useful.

Fun fact: the nice guy and tough guy in shadow kanji boss fight has no weakness in the original p4. How do i know if you ask? Well i play the original p4 via emulation and i tried to searched nice guy and tough guy weakness just to find out that they have no weakness in the original p4
