The brain very much likes piloting a flesh suit and very much does not like piloting a robot, so the robot has to be as similar as possible to a flesh suit so the brain does not notice. When it inevitably does, the exo’s mind has to be reformatted to prevent the brain from frying itself. As a result, exos can breathe. Exos can eat. Exos *can* do a whole bunch of things that they don’t need to do, because doing them helps trick the brain into not realising it is an exo

12:00 minutes in and I'm already dying from 'all the cowabumbers we missed out on after every traumatic event', never misses a beat this man and I can't wait to come back and edit this comment when I'm sobbing at the emotional monologue. Now for that edit, hell of a masterpiece man. Having it come at the end of this year felt poignant to. Ended up doing a Final Shape run with my dad as he wanted to see 'how it concluded' over the holidays, and that part with your brother felt very reminiscent of that. Just getting pulled back for 'one more run to stop the witness'. Hell of a run it was too. I was really hoping all the way through you'd get a full team in with travelers for Excision, and you did, and that was just incredible. All the editing and bits of animation throughout where something to behold too, told a masterful story on top of your already impeccable writing and could not be happier to have experienced it. Solid end as well, all one can do is make it count. Though...having to perfect anything else you do from here on in might be a bit of an issue....But, hay, was a great ride, full of memories. And it's so cool seeing so many come together to help push you over that finish line. A roller Coaster through out but a dam good one, hotwheels for lifffffe!

First Rylee video after I lost my best friend, my brother to his demons. He had debated, before the DLC release, whether he was gonna get it or not, so I got it for him. We played our hearts out running this campaign a week or so after release. We've played together pretty consistently for the better part of three years now; pretty much since Witch Queen. We kept each other invested as the game has slowly fallen these past few months. I haven't touched the game since his passing and, honestly, I don't if I ever will. When Rylee was talking about being the last member of his Fireteam, I really felt that. After years of being a solo player, weaving in and out of clans, raid groups, whatever, I finally got my fireteam. And now I'm alone again. Love the video, Rylee. Keep up the fantastic work, man. Your trials and tribulations are an entertaining inspiration. Although my Destiny journey may possibly be over, I will look forward, always, to the next step in yours.

Despite everything that's happened, despite the fact that Bungie and Destiny are doing their best impression of an eagle death-spiral - locking their talons together and coming dangerously close to the ground, despite all the pain and the grumbling and the disappointment of Destiny as a series... I've enjoyed this, Rylee, your videos and your style of commentary reminded me of those halcyon days of Destiny, back when folks were excited to get exotics and the universe felt so large and mysterious. Hey Rylee? This is art. I don't mean that as a meme (or just because I'm in it hehe), I mean it genuinely. The time, effort, heart and soul that went into plotting, scripting, animating, acting, sourcing people, and doing the actual fucking challenge are all incredible feats. Every project you put out, you showcase (and improve) great skills in editing, narrative, animation, etcetera. This is definitely your best yet. Sure, it's a little rough around the edges in places, but if you work on a project for five months, the small stuff is gonna slide a little, and that's okay. It doesn't suffer as an overall project. The environments are gorgeous, the animation is clean (that fight scene, dude! And the wild shatter effect! And the alley! And the cinematic shots with the bullets!), the acting is phenomenal, the narrative is inspiring and somber and so, so *right*. You put a lot of love into this thing and it shows. Everyone involved fucking killed it (and I'm looking at you, Muted). And the live gameplay segments were perfect to break up the voiceover and inject some spontaneous comedy! Your scripted jokes are good, but the panic and having someone as a comedic foil produce some amazing results. It was really good to see Jin come back, too. His section was awesome. I hope he and Theory are doing well. Thanks for letting me be a part of it. It means a lot that you trust me with even a small part. I loved doing it, and I'd love to do it again. You made me sound like I kind of knew what I was doing! I'm very excited to see what you make next. But, just maybe, we could go back to that stream schedule for a little while, eh? Take a load off for a few weeks? I think you've earned it.

I'm glad to see there are still people willing to put loads of effort into this game. Watching it decline this year has been pretty tragic, especually since I firmly believe that whilst the behind the scenes stuff is going to shit, the actual content in the game is some of the best we've ever had, the episodes have some really solid content in them, certainly relative to seasons. I do however believe that changing the deliverry model was a mistake, I know people were asking for it, but I was never one of them so I'm allowed to complain, the gaps between content drops leave basically no reason to keep playing when combined with the fact you can't overlevel the season pass. Even though the content is good, it's not good enough to make me keep replaying it for its own sake when there are other games out there. Still though, I really appreciate your passion for this project, it shows the game might not be quite as dead as people think.

After The Final Shape, Destiny and I had a good run. I'm moving on to other games that respect my time a little more, are run by better folks, and just a little less expensive. Destiny will always have a special place in my heart though. It was a highly flawed masterpiece. It very often didn't work, but when it worked, there was no better experience on earth. Thank you Papa Ry for making the journey so much more inspirational and heartfelt. I really mean it. I love you man and I know you'll excel in everything you try to do. As for me, it's been nice, and so long. God bless you all.

Hey osteo. Destiny is just a game at the end of the day. I recommend just stepping away. It's what I've done. I wait for content I like to come back.
