Ive only been watching your videos for a couple of weeks now but I will definitely keep watching. I came across your videos while looking up gymnastics videos on youtube. But your videos have helped me tremendously already. It has inspired me to get back into the gym and work back on my gymnastics skills and to work hard and get my body in the shape it used to be when I was in gymnastics because I absolutely miss gymnastics. As well has you give off a great mentality into not let your self get down and strive and work hard for what you want in life. and that motivated me to start working on everything I wanna get done in life and not let small set backs stop me. So thank you Nile! cant wait for the new series it sounds amazing.

I can't even do a single push up, definitely not trying this challenge 😶
@franblake00717 жыл бұрын
If you want to be able to do lots of push ups, start off by doing 2 every day and then when you find that easy, do 5 a day and when you find that easy, progress to 10 a day until you can do 30-50 push ups easily. However, this process will take quite long and you have to do your daily push ups. You just need to commit to the challenge and you can get as strong as you want yourself to be by extending the amount of push ups. I started this challenge about 2 weeks ago and I can now do 30 push ups easily (I am only 12).
@franblake00717 жыл бұрын
I hope this helps you, good luck on the challenge🤜🤛👍👍👌👌🍀🍀

I can't do a push up either, but I'm working towards one by starting wall push ups. You just do the same motion but with your hands on a wall and feet out so your body is angled. This way you can gradually increase the amount of weight by slowly walking your feet out. You should try it too. Good luck! :D

Calisthenics: gymnastic exercises to achieve bodily fitness and grace of movement. I would expect spinning on a mushroom would classify as 'gymnastics exercises'.
@SuperHeroJay7 жыл бұрын
Georgia calisthenics is just body weight exercises, I don't know where you read that calisthenics are gymnastic exercises

Georgia gymnastics is grace of movement
@Georgiaa7 жыл бұрын
It's the google definition of it. Also, gymnastics have some very strong links with calisthenics so I wouldn't rule out that he can't circle on a mushroom. Obviously doing calisthenics you are not practicing the mobility and fluidity of gymnastics and all 6 events, however doing gymnastics based calisthenics makes it very possible to be able to circle on a mushroom.
