Hey Nile, I'm 16 and have been doing gymnastics since I was 4 I stopped competing for about two years which in this time my hours dropped from four days a week to two days a week which I wasn't happy about, I started competing again and had one last weekend, I really want my coach to let me train more hours as I want to get back to where I used to be (regional and national squad) how can I show my coach that I want to train more hours?

I would speak to your coach! But i also think it is truly important that you show him you want to train more hours, actions speak louder than words and if you graft every single minute you're in the gym you will show that you're dedicated and hungry for the sport!!
