Hello Don, You're right, Eastern Avenue from Serene up until Anthem Parkway is jammed packed with businesses. When I moved into the area in 2005, there was so much empty land and very little traffic, but now it's heavily congested. I'm amazed how much that stretch of the roadway has developed over these past 20 years.

Hello Don, The street you were referring to Ione is probably pronounced Yone, where the letter I sounds like the letter Y just like the name of that one basketball player, Sabrina Ionescu (pronounced Yo-Nes-Cu) and the that parrot from Disney's Aladdin, Iago (pronounced Yago). For years even I was pronouncing it just like you were; I just didn't realize the letter I can sound like the letter Y.
