Aunty Flo, the things God puts in your mind are beautiful. I was curious to know if the flavor of leaves penetrated in the OKPA? How did it taste compared to that wrapped in the leaves.

I have been eyeing these banana leaves beside my house wondering how I ll use it to prepare moi moi, and then pops this video. You have given me an idea to cook moi moi with leaves without the stress of tying it. I don't have okpa flour but will make mine with bean flour. God bless you my namesake for this video. You said the okpa is on the way to my house but I have not seen it. There is God oooo.

This Okpa looks delicious and yummy. The only reason I don't like baking opka is that it takes a little longer to cook but it is also not as messy as making the Okpa with Uma leaves or nylon bags. Thanks for sharing Flo.

Don't you know that nylon is made with chemicals and while on hot water chemicals, residues mix up with okpa and couse kidney and other organ diseases. Our grand mother's don't use Maggi cube to cook okpa. Teach correctly please.
