Hello rob, love the work your doing, after doing a lot of research and talking with some people, I've come to the conclusion that the best way to accomplish this is you would need to find some "affordable" way to make a center iron that can house a bearing to accommodate for that long 4 rotor eccentric shaft flexing, then you'd need to also fabricate a 4 rotor eccentric shaft as well, along with counterweights too. apart from those 3 things it seems very accomplishable. I hope this message finds you well, I'd love to see this project become successful. If you can actually make these parts and make the kit affordable like you stated, I'd definitely buy those off you. There is quite the challenging road ahead of you and i wish you luck, your the perfect person to do it as you seem alot smarter than me with all that high tech equipment you have lol.

Set up some kind of remote circuit to start it the first time. Cut out the circuit board from a little rc car and have it connected to a servo to press the button that turns on the starter motor maybe. Find a way to be behind a wall when the engine starts 😂
