Not sure some of the fights are well balanced. Like a fight against a solo Thorin with 1300% health and 100% attack, immune to crowd control, where you entire team starts adjacent to him. He is one hitting anything less than a tank with his ultimate and they can’t hurt him for long

my problems with this event : - you wont know if you are able to beat the final core or not until you beat all the outer layers. so after spending a lot of time and energy planning out units/teams to beat all the outer layer defenses, you arrive at the Core, and realize you just cant beat it, now what? all that time is wasted, now i either have to give up, start over and look for a new node, or i have to wait on a friend to login to help? - you cant JUST beat the other team's Core defense, you have to beat it with 4-5 of your units alive to even do significant damage to the Core. so i have to try over and over and over again , maybe i beat the other team but my odie died, now i cant do damage to the core, so i have to retry again, it's reallly really annoying , especially because a LOT of people use that shielding artifact so the Core gets infinite shields it's just a TON of time and energy and active playing , for essentially just a few stargazers....the rewards are totally underwhelming compared to the time invested. and this on top of the daily faction quests, dreamrealm, arena, supreme arena, battledrill (when active) , pushing stages to unlock dura's trials, and soon this new guild supremacy thing, it just feels like the daily laundry list is getting longer and longer, and everyday is just doing tedious tasks for very underwhelming rewards

Totally disagree, this event engaged me to play this game more than anything else in the past few weeks. Yes it's hard but also rewarding, stargazers are arguably the most valuable resource we can come across in this game, so it's not even that bad, from f2p perspective at least. Tryharding events, not boring, annoying chores is what this game needs imo.

Yeah. There was one defence node where i had quite a few tries to win only to get smacked in the end with no chance to retry. I was like, "bruhh"

that is annoying, especially since you have limited time to wait for someone to respond, and may not get any help before time runs out. otherwise I think it's an interesting event.

The highest value for defense on a XL crystal I've seen was 1580 and the highest for attack was 480 (x 1.6 = 768 points). Best defense was a remote XL crystal that was guarded by a charging Ironjaw, haha. xD

I manage to be top 1 in our district by just finding xl geodes with 420+ and plunder it if it's being defended by one person only (no teammate) so it doesn't have outer defenses so I could maximize my earnings. And also defending an xl geode with a teammate that could give you 1500+ crystals could also help a lot.

Ran into an unbeatable node was the deploy one unit battle and they started on a tile that dealt aoe true dmg after they had healed for 400% of attack value and it increased every time they healed. Was impossible to be temesia on there.

As a mostly solo F2P, I'm screwed on the plunder side. Lot of time wasted beating the outer rings only to fail against all S+ final round. Got about 100 points x 3 yesterday. Today it's even less as people figure things out. PvP has always been P2W. That they'd run a "fun" PvP event with limited available rewards just means even more resources that I can't get. I can't imagine how casuals feel who don't log in every day feel, F2P who have had bad RNG on pulls or F2P who started late. I'd be fine if participation got you most of the rewards. However since rewards are based on how successful you are against other players it feels bad to "miss out" on rewards. Overall feels like a lot of time wasted for nothing.

Just find geodes with only 1 defender where most of the defenses are empty. And if you really struggle, invite a guildmate or friend and hope someone joins, that way you can use their Assist team.

I honestly didn't put much effort. I try to get ~600 on 3 plunders and guard my node for 1200+ a day. No one attacked mine yesterday because powerful guildmate put nice defences. Takes msybe half an hour a day to get all meaningful rewards, not bad at all, interesting event actually

It’s a fun event, but i hate that I have to team up with someone else to finish it, even have to team up with player stronger than me. I’m v 13 BTW. And you almost get nothing if you lose at the core and you only have 1 try. Also, these crystals are so hard to find and you can’t tell which one is XL unless you walk close. Fun event, but annoyance everywhere.

There are actually bigger nodes than 480 base. They are called Elite Crystal Hunters (red name). They are incredibly rare and are bigger than regular nodes. They have a base plunder of 850 pts. They are defended by NPCS and every unit they use is S+, 3*, all with mythic balance charms.

@@HotboxtopGG I enjoyed the way they did things. i dislike how i finish everything for 30-40 minutes and then i dont need to get back for half a day. yes its afk but its a game too. need some separition from other afk games
