I noticed that too, even rewatching it several times I can't see it spin. It's just... instantly facing the opposite direction.

If you go through it frame by frame, the hole is actually closed when he is about _half_ way round. Close, but no cigar. A few frames further back he is still facing the back as the door starts to slide, and being in an enclosed space is probably on hyper-alert for anything (like a hungry carnivorous rate [they love mice] ) that might block his only exit, he no doubt heard the faintest noise of the door begin its slide.

I will never need another rat trap. It works perfectly and it's so sensitive. I spent a couple of hours making one out of a sheet of Perspex (plastic) and made a couple of changes but it's perfect. Thank you.

I tried to keep a deer mouse that I caught in my house but it wouldn't eat and eventually died. Jumping mice keep well though. Seemingly tame, non biting and easy to feed with beans and rice. As a desert mouse they need little water.

My cat once caught a mouse and brought her into the house still alive, and she gave birth behind a speaker. We relocated her and her babies outside and they grew up and left. It was weird and cool at the same time

I actually had over 10 wild mice easy to make them nonaggression if they were babies or juveniles caught. Gotta handle them super often
