The Bible calls it “righteous anger”… and we have EVERY right to feel hurt & angry at the injustice and downright **evil** of this type of abuse. I’m mad as hell. I pray there is one day justice for how I was smeared & slandered. I probably am still being smeared and slandered. I pray God takes care of these injustices. No child deserves to be abused physically, verbally, emotionally and sexually like I was by my family of origin. Even my mother abandoned me and has behaved abusively. My dad and his wife (along with a half sister) have been my main abusers. Extended family have gone along and some family members have even taken part. Some of this abuse was absolutely criminal. I was told by my dad’s brother I need to “get over it.” He said this in regards to the childhood sexual abuse I suffered at the hands of my dad (his brother). I have been watching your channel for a few years, Tyr. I enjoy your videos. Thank you for this good information. It helps to know I’m not alone. 🙏🏻

Thanks for another great video Tyr! Narshole lol, I like it. Ya I have a 7 year old kid with one, left her 5 years ago and the drama and shit never ends. In and out of courtroom every year. Even though I've had full custody for 2 years, it never ends. Growing up, we never would've thought these monsters existed.

oh man I saw thins NPC the other day so unreal. He was wearing a mask, like 5 days ago or so. I can't believe some one would be doing that, earing a medical mask while doing a non medical job for extended durations.

Excellent video, changing their behavior DOES NOT MEAN CHANGING THEIR PERSONALITY. You can change their behavior, not their personality.

Question: What’s your thoughts on these all these coaches out there that coach on narcissism and charge like their PhD‘s? Comment: Anger is an emotion that is usually covering up another emotion.

I think for the most part, they are grifters. I have heard that anger is secondary to fear. But I have taken another approach to the theory. I don't think it's always covering up fear. I think most of the time it is an (energy is motion, or emotion) of it's own. I know, it's not a popular view, but it works for me.

I would tend to agree with both parts of your reply. I’ve been watching you since the beginning of your contact creation. Thank you, for what you do.

Do yourself a favour & stop watching so much MSM news. Give it a try and you may just be surprised at how unimportant MSM news actually is. For the most part, it's all just propaganda and meant to influence the masses & it's working. There is a big difference between letting go of resentment and forgiveness. I am not suggesting you should forget, but hanging onto anger is not healthy by any means. By hanging onto the anger you are enabling them to take up space in your mind which is not really completing the task of going 'No Contact'. You're not changing the Narc's behavior when you go greyrock, you're simply adapting & changing your own which is a manipulation in itself & can be even more frustrating as you are no longer being yourself when dealing with them. Going 'No Contact' was your best advice and with that comes doing the same to their flying monkeys by not providing them information about yourself. This is easier said than done in many cases but does help immensely. You seem to be overthinking the whole issue and labelling far to many people as Narcopaths. Many people are just being manipulated & many people are just bought and paid for. You're even questioning your own sanity which is their primary goal. You cannot change a person with NPD, they are psycho/sociopaths and them not being able to change is the issue. Turdo is a primary example. Good luck

Ok. Thank you for your input, but I don't think you're listening. I don't watch MSM news at all and I'm not telling anyone to "hang on" to anger. I'm simply stating to let it runs its course. This post has some bad advice and distorted perceptions. ... "You're not changing the Narc's behavior when you go greyrock, you're simply adapting & changing your own which is a manipulation in itself & can be even more frustrating as you are no longer being yourself when dealing with them"...This is by far the stupidest comment I've seen today....Talk about over thinking. This video might be over your head...or...Maybe you should watch more and comment less.
