I thought I was the only one. I'm 50 years old. One time I watched some old school rap videos. My wife was in the kitchen cooking. I've always been a big fan of chubb Rock. And when I saw the video of "Ya Bad Chubbs", I got emotional and started crying. My wife came out the kitchen and couldn't understand why I was crying, she almost thought I had gone crazy. 😄To this day I don't know the reason for the crying, it just happend. Hip hop, the 80's and my young years were everything to me, till this day! Also the passing of so many greats has touched me deeply. @@calypsojordana3274 KRS One has a lot of issues with money. I did a couple of their show as a Bboy/Popper back in Atlanta when they started to come back and they never paid anything, always promise that it will get big and money would come but he and his crew got all the money. I didn´t have documents to be in the state and I told them if they could help out but all they said was, be careful when you drive to the show (to be fair is not like they could actually do anything), after what they said I never came back for any other show it was a waste of time. If I have to guess, they are random dancers just starting to make a name for themself since their skill level is really low.

KRS One dance track, I had to read the title twice to check I had it right!! I haven't herd of this brother since I last brought one of his 12's in the late 80's? I do miss the days when Hip Hop was Hip Hop. More from the OG's please!! Very cool.

Siii bro...

When this song came out it was almost my 15th birthday and my Tio told me to dance to this song for my quince. I ended up not doing a dance and he passed June 27th 2024 and I regret not dancing to it. Everytime I see this song it reminds me about how excited he was about it. I miss him.
