Alright, I am going to have to ask, but wouldn't it be easier to just batter up the brioche, deep fry it, and serve it with ice cream on the side? Would be a lot easier and have less things that could go wrong with putting ice cream in a deep fryer. Though I guess you can't say you deep fried ice cream anymore www
