Hey! i have a question, hope you can help me. I'm thinking in buy a macbook air 13'' i use always the "files" menu, but i don't know if i can see the menu, i tried in a windows of 13'' but is impossible, but i think the resolution of the screen is the key for this, am i wrong? Thanks in advance

Good information 💯Just got the M2 Air for my Numark Scratch setup up it is flawless. I'm happy with what I am able to do. I have the 8GB model but my music is on a 3 TB external so I'm good with that.

I have an M1 Air 8gb ram 256 gb ssd. and running external ssd. Flawless even in 95 degree indoor & outdoor. Before that I ran a 2012 air (pre 3.0) 4gb ram 120gb hd and that also ran flawless. Both laptops have ran on the Rane One, S-9, S-11, 1200s, Numark Scratch, Vestax VCI-300 MK II, VCI-380, Hercules starlight

That would worry me only if I am out in direct sunlight. I would probably use a cheap laptop fan pad.

Hey! GJerrus, I keep all my music internally. The hard drive on this one is 1TB. I synchronize the music files to the other Mac as well as my pc. It is not necessary to carry around an external Hardrive.

same cuz In my place the hot environment is the main concern plus the real time stems analysis, 4 decks and pitch and time Im concerned if the Macbook Air will thermal throttle.

I was concerned about that too but up to this point I have had no problems with overheating. Keep on mind that I have used this in broad daylight in direct sunlight. Cheers

Yes, I have MacBook Air m2 2022 8gb ram. I use it to dj, latency down to 2m. I can scratch , do everything without any glitching.
