Ageism is more prevalent than you think. Two people same issue. Older person 68 v 37 is told to lay low. It’s your age catching up to you. My opinion that is BS. Your take?

Can definitely take longer when you’re older to make a change or improve something, especially if it’s been a certain way for many years but it doesn’t make it not worth doing, and definitely doesn’t mean it’s not important, I get really frustrated when I hear people being written off because of their age

My best decision is starting the SMM. A lot of things to work on and I am still about to ask some "stupid" questions in the FB group. But with over a year of shoulder and back pain, including an MRI which showed herniation in a lumbar disc and some protusions in the neck I can say for the first time I feel relief and actually getting better with every session.

@Tom Morrisson I have a hernia with pinches Medulla. I was an athlet, and I've done everything thats humanly possible , stretch 3 hours/week and exercise, for 29 years but something is interfering with my system. I think it's a CSF leak (got a lot of inflammations) Do I need to fix the hernia pinching the Medulla?

Can depend on the type and size of the tear really! If you have tried the movement route and it’s been a long time I would get it repaired for sure!

I have injuries that are more than 50 years old. I refuse to just lay down and die ore City in a rocking chair for the next 30 years. It may take me some time to fix what ails me but I can get it done. A little bit of mobility and a little bit of strengthening.
