Aww I'm sorry to hear that. There are guys out there for whom HIV is a non issue. If you're undetectable your ex has nothing to worry about. If not you should tell your partner before exposing them if they aren't using protection or PrEP. IMO.

Prep is Hiv medication : I have a question and im asking because im interested in doing PREP. Does prep put you at risk for medication resistance if you were to become infected?
