There’s a lot of calling Wood out in these comments and I get there are better ways to handle being annoyed, but in his defence, the rules did get changed on him. Also, just my 2 cents, but I think Wood was experiencing anxiety at certain points, ie 37:30 when shaking his hand and then lifting it to look at it. If so, when being somewhere you can’t just leave during an anxiety attack, irritability can easily arise. Wood is really going through it, I think we can cut him a break. Still a good, entertaining podcast!

It could be anxiety, but also just energy because of anticipating the next sound sample, and he looks at his hand because he's holding it up in a ready position to slap his knee to answer. It's a complicated setting as far as body language in a competition.

Bob is just chaotic and yells a lot, and Wood is petty. Maybe the money makes it worse to the point it's awkward. Idk. But this was too chaotic. The producers/directors need to be more firm in the rules and regulations. Good show still. At least the first half.

Wood upset on the rules around 45min mark, but there was rules about the phases of questions at the beginning explained that if both got wrong, they would be told the game to again to guess correctly for 1 point. But Scoot has been interjecting his answers to never get a phase 2 like the rules at the beginning stated.

Closest he ever got to saying that was "got it" during the mood matrix sections of the 3DS games. "Gotcha" was a shout that was exclusive to the perceive mechanic when you identified someone's nervous tic as Apollo.

That was hard to listen to. I don't envy Hannah's position in all of this. But I think there's plenty of blame to go around between Bob and wood in this scenario. But I do agree with the sentiment that going forward money should be left out of it. There also needs to be more rules set in stone before the game begins next time.

@@DaiSenshiMounir I did notice, and all that was because they had a bet, and it was tense since they were close! It’s just competition and to be honest, they weren’t as uncomfortable or miserable as you make them out to see. They even clarified in their recent that it wasn’t as bad as everyone made it out to seem (you guys who claim these things) so… sure you can say “it’s their word” but even seeing this and as someone who is quite social and easy to make and be friends with, and as someone who is seriously supportive and caring for my friends in all manners, these two were fine, just some tense stuff because it was a bet and questions they were trying to think through. But To Each Their Own I guess…

I agree with the comment about using whiteboards to write answers next time but also I think there should be penalties for wrong answers or non-answers to prevent the “I slapped just to be first” nonsense. Otherwise so entertaining! Love these guys together on this podcast.

I really enjoy when you guys do games, and props to Hannah for doing a good job. She had really good sounds. Wood, bro, you're so petty. It's fine if you guys bet, but it got awkward towards the end with Wood being so petty and "buzzing" in for everything. Either get a whiteboard and both of you answer at the same time, or if you're continuing with the buzzing in, as soon as you buzz in, you have to answer and can't ask Hannah to repeat or even finish the sound. Ps, Jackson did a good job too. Don't listen to the haters. We enjoy your input, you actually have quite a bit of knowledge.
