Thank you Dr Adanna and Dr Brooke, it’s good to listen to professionals talk about labour and delivering rather than using Dr Google or people’s advice and experience alone. ☺️

Thank you for this episode.…. I gave birth 3 months ago. The experience was completely traumatic but I praise God for his Grace and mercy…. Had to go through emergency c-section, almost died in there , felt so guilty after and don’t let me start on the pain I had postpartum… ouf 😥 It helps to talk about things like this and hear other people share their experience makes you feel less alone.

Wooow, i love love the last two Episodes especially because you have touched on Mental health where many don't talk about it openly. This Episode should be watched by all but especially all dads so that they are able to support their partners after birth or rather catch postpartum before it's too late . Mostly it's thought women are emotional only cos of hormonal imbalance after giving birth which makes it difficult to catch postpartum early enough! Thank you so much and keep up the good work Adanna🎉❤

Three years ago, l started feeling serious pain during my period. Normal period went for six days. Now, it goes for three to four days and the pain is just beyond control. Recently, i visited a specialist and was diagnosed with adenomyosis. Dr. Adanna, the specialist provided lots of information. However, I'm in Liberia, ivf is expensive, and the only option is to get pregnant as the doctor advised. I'm 36, and this is where he wants me to have a baby because of my age. The illness is new to me...l have no idea it exists and affecting women. The doctor said the best solution is to remove my womb or get a baby. I'm not married. Dr. Adanna, please help me. What should I do?
@paulbarnett758822 күн бұрын
The medical and pharmaceutical fraternity, said they don't know the cause of adenomyosis. The reason why they don't know is because what they taught about a woman's period is a hoax. They have women focus on unfertilized egg and blood flow only, this is like a wellness cake, cut into about 28 slices to keep a woman healthy during your cycle, but only 1/28 slice is giving to the woman. Can that woman be healthy? Are you that woman? Adenomyosis and all other so-called immune diseases are preventable, identifiable and curable. All a woman needs to know, the correct concept of the period, full stop!

I had painkillers after my baby number 3 and it was a natural birth. Child birth is painful after the baby is out too 😅😊
