3 and 4 star hotels between Kuta beach and Legian St. can be found for only $5.50 to $10 a night using Google maps! Not dives or hostels but very nice hotels with pools that used to be closer to $80 to $100 a night. I've been and Bali is indeed amazing. You should go. Once tourists are fully back prices will head back up.

nice video!! i lived in canggu from 2005-2008 when its was not soooo touristic...... i lived in bali for only 200-300 euro per month. I saw in ur video that there still some accomodation for only 800.000 per month. simple basic homestay. Do you know the name/adress/website of the cheap homestay?
