It totally depends on industry! I’m in Talent Acquisition & with 1 year experience at the time of hire I was offered 80k (and I’m one of the lowest paid folks on our People Team). But my company is tech adjacent, and we don’t have any TRUE entry level roles that require no experience. Great video!
