Great video! Very informative to find content related to this awesome career. I truly believe that the HRIS field is so underestimated! Colleges do a terrible job of informing students about career options like these. I honestly wish someone would have informed me better back then so that I would not have wasted so much time chasing rabbit holes.

I'm currently an HRBP, looking to get into a HRIS Anaylst role, I have years of experience us workday and ADP mainly, open to any pointers

Most organizations that are large enough to have an HRBP will likely have a dedicated HR & IT department. Try to connect with each of the departments to see if there is a support gap. Aside from that, you can reach out to your network to see if they have any open opportunities in that space.
