00 is made for high heat Neapolitan pizza so if you used it for lower temp, that's why your crust didn't brown.

i got a 12x12 pizza steel for this oven on ebay, set the oven to 625 and cooked for 3:30. Comes out perfect. Personally I wouldn't cook the sauce. Most of the NYC pizza places don't cook it and it gets you a brighter tomato flavor. The sauce will cook enough in the oven anyway. Also, the bagged cheese usually burns more for me, i think its from the starches they use for anti caking. adding 1% diastatic malt powder also helps helps browning and flavor. I also have been using camp chef charcoal wood pellets, i really like the flavor they give

A tip for your next pizza: don't fold the ball back into a ball because you are chocking and hardening the gluten back and they will need to proof again. Just stretch the already proofed pie and it will be fluffy and delicious.

Thx for the vids on the Oven. Have you done a Prime rib roast in the Ninja oven? I saw you on the grill but the cooking processes are very different. Thx.

The problem is not the pizza oven here. It definitely is your dough. It's not even looking like it's properly proofed so no oven will cook it perfectly. I believe it's not fair to judge it then..

I plan to test that out. I will be putting them head to head. Comparing them as far as space, versatility, maintenance (the oven is harder to clean), and quality of the food produced. I really think the Oven has a shot to be the better choice for a lot of people because it does just about everything the Grill does minus airfry with the added bonus of being able to make AMAZING pizzas and going to 700 degrees!

Preshredded cheese has stuff added to it that will burn. Probably better off buying block cheese and shredding it yourself.

I just got done watching the entire video, it's definitely that low moisture cheese that is hurting you. And it's pre shredded.

Yeah I have been doing some testing and I can make it work. I know the regular stuff is too soft. I don’t see the pizza joints using it. Any cheese suggestions?

As long as you eat it normally you can have a pass..I’ve seen people rip the cheese off a pizza only to knife and fork the slice and put some cheese back on it …like wtf was the pt 😂😂😂

Nice oven, but you are so far from knowing how to make a pizza. That rolling pin should be kept under the seat of your car, not for pizza. Watch Vito Iacopelli’s channel to learn how to make pizza.

I am the first person to admit that I know nothing about a lot of things. I have already been watching his channel a lot and tried his 1 hour poolish dough recipe as a test and it was FANTASTIC! I will be using it in future videos for SURE!

This oven can do tremendous things! The cook book and some of it's times however is utter garbage and not even close to what you need to do time/temp wise. Also of note: DAD (!), after making your dough AND pizza sauce from SCRATCH you then proceed to use bagged cheese?! C'mon man...SMH...;)
