A really cool Elden Ring challenge run i came up with, i though it was going to be a much bigger disaster but it turned into one of the most fun challenges!

Fun fact: you aren’t able to sprint in any sort of things like the lake of rot or the lava in volcano manor but once you go into ng+ you gain the power to cuz you are stronger

I imagine that "without being good at the game" type runs are ones you can only realistically do once. If you beat it, you either smashed your head through those brick walls and don't want to go through it again, or you got practice and actually got good at the game during the run.

Melee only is surprisingly not much more difficult, on almost all bosses you need to only dodge the attack the boss opens with and can then script the rest because there are powerful ashes of war like lions claw that stagger bosses almost immediately

The interesting thing about Elden Ring hitless runs is how a lot of the game has been mapped out; the boss fights all have scripted strategies (strats that are guaranteed play out the same way each time, making the fights much easier), and the insane number of buffs makes any combat encounter end in a flash. This makes the game quite accessible if you don't mind the large amount of setup at the beginning of the game, provided you practise the scripts for bosses and running sections sufficiently.

Easy :D summon a good, overleveled cooperator, stay at grace, repeat until the area is clear (if the cooperator dies). Go past boss fog, hide in a corner

Let's be honest, going for Rennala before Radagon/Elden Beast after hours of playing, seems to be too risky, especially because on his first phase you can get hit from anyone in the room, even if you do it faster, i have done this, reseting the character in a deathless run because if i get hit i dont mind really but doing a hitless run, it's suicide! i mean, you play very careful the whole game using gambit and stealth just to finish the game taking all the risks, which sounds quite like a contradiction! 😄 Other than that, nice achievement, very original. I'm currently going for a hitless run now, with the classic serpent hunter route and im not fighting Rennala just in case lol

You should find a mod that randomizes health and there are two ways this can be taken, first, you could put them on a spectrum from like 1000hp to 90000hp so Melania could have no HP and be like 3 hits while Godrick suddenly is the toughest boss in the game OR have it so everyone’s health bar is switched around so Elden Beast could have a turtles health while Alexander has Radagons. I think that’d be really fun and would have so many opportunities for funny moments and stupid deaths
