What do you do about keywords like 'top,' 'best,' and 'review,' where Amazon, eBay, and other big giants dominate the top of Google's SERPs for almost every keyword? How do you find opportunities to rank for any commercial/affiliate keywords in Google SERPs now? Do you have a video addressing this exact issue? or any suggestions?

Those are pretty much the exact keyword opportunities that make up 90% of the traffic in my case study. It's all affiliate content focused on reviews. Depends on your niche of course, but page 1 is websites/blogs outside of Amazon. Like why would ebay pop up for a "review" search term? If you just search the item name without review, then the ecommerce sites will dominate.
