of Imam Nawawi We brought before on the hadith of sahih muslim and Ustadh's response to it. 5:26:27>> Ibn Hazm attempts to reject the hadiths You mentioned on patience to the oppressive ruler and He does that in four ways Namely........ 5:44:11>> Imam Ahmed about the meaning of the hadith "whoever dies without an Imam......." and Ustadh Abdulrahman Hassan response to it. 《Sixth Hour Timestamps 》 6:11:37>> Muawiyah ibn Abi Sufyan and those after Him were mistaken when they allowed leadership to be inheritance. 6:23:12>> Is the pledge of allegiance binding only on the one who undertakes it or Please first confirm whether the Muslim rulers under secular system are the "Rulers" these hadiths are referring to. The ruler without bayah is not a legitimate ruler as far as I know, let him be oppressive or anything else

@Yūsuf Carty Brother if it was that simplistic a podcast wouldn't be needed. I've looked into this and a thorough refutation is needed. I've seen the evidence from the "other side" and it's quite strong *compared to other doubts* people are pushing. Just to be clear, the "other side" agree that it is wrong, they just don't consider it to be Shirk, rather they consider it to be Bid'ah which obviously leads to questions like: Was MIAW a Takfiri/Khariji for killing people who committed an innovation, but they weren't committing Shirk (or so they claim).

@Ibrahim Ibn Mahmud Akhi may Allah reward you. I understand what Ustadh is saying and I agree that Khurooj is wrong and Hussain RA should not have done it. But many scholars do not comment on the reasons why Hussain rebelled as excuses for him. We should do this as it is Aqeeda to love him. Whilst we make excuses for Yazid in saying that he did not kill Hussain. He was involved and he did not punish those who killed him which is bad enough. My other contention was that Ustadh said ‘I’m not for or against Yazid’ and I’m arguing that we should be against Yazid. Doesn’t mean we curse like the Rafidha but we say it as it is and criticise Yazid for his corrupt Khilafah.

@@DigitalResistanceGroup They literally spent 8 hours going over what the other side claims. Also they did clarify that this is for knowledge so if you come out of this with more knowledge then they did what they wanted to do. If they supposedly missed a relevant piece of evidence from the other side then bring it forward if you speak the truth. BTW I watched all of it and have been following the back and forth on this...it's how I know you are just being emotional and are ignorant.

Bismillah. Started listening to this podcast. insha'Allah would be very beneficial. Just wonder how someone could claim ijma that it is prohibited, considered issue of Zubayr and Talha (radi Allahu anhum) and Ali, issue of Husayn (radi Allahu anhu) and Yazıd, story of Abdullah bin Zubayr and etc.
