Chop the dried fruits: Finely chop the dried cranberries, apricots, raisins, and prunes with a knife or in a blender.
Prepare the mold: Take an empty juice carton to use as a mold for the dessert.
Prepare the gelatin: Dissolve the instant gelatin in 100 ml of cold water in a separate bowl. Let it swell for a few minutes.
Mix the quark and yogurt: Blend the quark and natural yogurt in a mixer until smooth.
