"Prince Caspian" is absolutely my favorite of the three movies. We get so much more of Lucy's connection to Aslan, and their moments together are so sweet, especially when he asks about Trumpkin, because Lucy was absolutely telling Aslan everything that had happened since the moment the Pevensies left the first time, and he was absolutely more than happy to listen to her.

Aslan's relationship with Lucy is truly different, but I wouldn't say that the cause of that is Aslan choosing her as a favorite. Lucy is, of all characters, the one that's always searching for Aslan and ready to believe he'll be there for them. Her faith makes their relationship different

Narnia is something that will always be in my heart. Other book and movie obsessions come and go. Narnia is forever for me. I think it’s because CS Lewis based the stories off of his Christian faith. Too bad they never made moves for all the books. That would have been great to have seen

wdym? the first is phenomenal, the second is pretty good, and the third is great. That's pretty much the way it is with every trilogy (excluding the flawless LotR)

I don't get the idea that the movies (or the books) lost energy. Film critics said so, I guess, and the nature of thing says everyone else follows.

@@JFrazer4303 I think the only time the books get a bit forced is in the 6th and 7th book, and that was mainly just because I didn’t really understand what was happening, and everything was rather confusing. Also, a lot of the characters and creatures change in the 7th book of Narnia, and it gets a lot slower paced, so it kind of dragged for me. Other than that, I think the books and the movies were phenomenal.

Too bad they didnt do the first book. That was so cool. No battles at all. Just chaos and test of spirit.

So this is why the Lannisters have a Lion as their banner.

No one talks about Trumpkin's character arc throughout the movie. You could see he always believed in Aslan, he just didn't want to because of everything they had suffered.

Oh, Susan. Sweet Susan. I actually *finished* the book series for the first time earlier this year, and oh Susan.

10 years later, KZbin thinks I need this random Narnia clip? Yes, they were correct.

Apparently YT does too, because this tiny clip (from 14 years ago) has somehow accidentally gotten 2.3M views and 21K likes. 🤣
