I'm no animation expert like this guy is but i'd say just try duplicating frames so the animation gets stretched out more or if you have an animation track that allows you to squatch or stretch the length of the frames then you can use that to adjust the speed of the animation. It can also depend on how much is changing between animation that affects the speed of motion occurring. Maybe look into the 12 principles of animation focusing on the principle of timing as this is likely what you're after. Anyway wishing you luck!

I want to start a multimedia company. I know what content I want to produce but I am at a loss of where to find good people to outsource my work to. I am not an artist, so most of what I create will need to be hired out. I am currently utilizing the Fiverr platform to seek out the people I need. There are pages of freelancers there but it is difficult to ¹filter out who is capable and ²communicate my ideas with them especially with the time differences and not being able to talk face-to-face to discuss a singular idea before moving on with the gig.
